Nuvola Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be altered or modified in any way
  • Not be worn or used

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@nuvola.shop. We will respond to your email within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, which for most transactions, will be processed through Shopify Payments and subsequently transferred to your bank account. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nuvola.shop.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team at support@nuvola.shop to arrange for an exchange. We will provide a replacement item once we receive the defective or damaged item back.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the returned item is not lost in transit.
